violin, singing
Emmanuel Zoon, eighteen, began studying the violin at the age of four. At seven years old he was accepted into the Geneva School of Music in the Musimax program -dedicated to young talents- in Edouard Liechti’s class. Thus, Emmanuel, from a very young age, was given many opportunities to experience the stage.
At the age of nine, Emmanuel continued his violin studies in Madrid under the guidance of Russian professor Serguei Fatkulin, whose teaching perpetuated the lineage of great violinists such as Oistrakh, Milstein or Heifetz.
Since 2018 Emmanuel Zoon is enrolled in a Bachelor program at the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève in the class of Svetlin Roussev. He also studies in a quartet formation with Gábor Takács-Nagy.
At the same time, Emmanuel studies at the Conservatoire Populaire de Genève with voice teacher Claude Darbellay. He is enrolled in the intensive program.
He received singing training at the age of seven, first as a member of the Maîtrise du Conservatoire Populaire de Genève and then a few years later as a member of the Ensemble Vocal de Genève. He is regularly invited to participate in projects with the Vox Peregrina ensemble.
In addition to France and Switzerland, his concerts have taken him to Madrid, Vilnius, Lisbon, Berlin and Amsterdam.
