Since 2016 Soloist Academy is offering instrumental courses for young professionals, musicians with Master or Bachelor degrees. Soliciting individual reflection, always experimenting and getting inspiration from different sources – these are the main characteristics of the Soloist Academy.

Going beyond the usual realm of summer workshops designed to improve students’ performances for concerts, auditions or competitions, the Academy participants are stimulated to develop a personal approach to their instrument and its associated chamber works as well as to the musical profession in a series of evening meetings which permit them to exchange among themselves and with the professors, to address profoundly questions of technique, aesthetics, or humanity posed by a certain piece, composer or aesthetic universe.

A team of motivated coaches is there to assist our young artists in their personal research: everyone has to go through this exciting and sometimes painful process of finding his or her own path…There is no students here… We are all professionals! Or rather – we are all students!
